Adrian Conradie met with Ebrahiem Davids, founder and director of ‘The Hang Out’ Craft & Flea Market Mitchell’s Plain. Ebrahiem is launching this new initiative that will give opportunities for individuals to create a sustainable income by trading or rendering a service to the broader community.

‘The Hang Out’ trading location is at the picturesque Mnandi Beach Mitchell’s Plain. Launch date is planned around 31 March 2018 which still needs to be confirmed by the City Council next week. Upon the confirmation date from Council and together with the community their very own Cryptocurrency Capecoin will be rolling out.

The Mobile App is in Alpha Mode (Test Mode) and at today’s interactive session, some of the traders at Mnandi Beach successfully signed up with Capecoin.

Capecoin is designed to run on the Ethereum Blockchain and is an un-banked digital payment system, use your smart phone to transact, simple, fast, and secure point of sales.
